Nguyen Dang Binh was born in Hue City on November 08, 1974.  He received the Bachelor of Mathematic & Informatics degree in the Department of Mathematic from Hue Pedagogic University in 1996, and the Master of  Engineering in the Faculty of Information Technology from Hanoi University of Technology in 2000. Since  1996, he has been a lecturer in the Department of Information Technology at  Hue University in Vietnam. He was awarded the degree of Doctor of Engineering on September 2006 in the graduate school of Computer Sciences and systems Engineering, Kyushu Institute of Technology, JAPAN. He is now Post-Doctoral research fellow at Graz University of Technology. His grant is financed the Austria Ministry for Science and Research by the Austria Exchange Service OEAD.
